Growing Great Kids is a partnership of organizations that provides services to children prenatal to age 6 in Guelph and Wellington County.

What We Do

The objective of the Growing Great Kids System of Care is to make it easier for families to access community-based services and supports for children from prenatal to age six.

What does this mean for families?

• A single telephone call to KIDS LINE will access supports and services.
• All families have access to some type of support.
• Parents can monitor their children's development using a simple check list.
• Families can make informed choices based on the what the child needs.
